Jim Ogborn from House Of Brick and one of his clients, Offwire, jointly presented a case study of a recent engagement where House Of Brick applied their expertise to optimize Offwire’s Macola implementation. Previously we’ve talked about rules and guidelines for optimizing the SQL portion of your Macola installation. This case study examined in some detail how a Macola installation was optimized and also delve into some other areas we haven’t touched on yet, such as networking, virtualization, and performance tuning.
