The group shall be a non-profit organization whose principle objective shall be to further the effective use of Exact Software.  This can be accomplished by holding regular meetings where various uses of Exact Software and related third-party software will be discussed and investigated.  The group will exchange information on products that interface directly with Exact Software and will keep the membership informed of upcoming events and/or new developments in the software.
