• Sign in, get name tag and enjoy continental breakfast

• Introduction of new user group and discuss mission statement
• Introduction of all attendees (who, what company, industry they serve, what Exact product they are using and what they hope to get out of our meetings)
• Profile form discussed and distributed
• Discuss name for the group
• Decide on electing a board (how many, titles and what duties)
• Do we want to create a website for members to post questions, suggestions, comments
• Anyone wanting to bring any company products to give away (drawing at meeting for winners)
• Meeting costs - just enough to cover cost of the meeting or do you want to build a fund to sponsor a user group outing once a year
• Do we want to take turns hosting or find a central location to always meet
