I had the chance to participate in a User Group President's meeting today with Senior Management of Exact Americas.

Exact is on the verge of making some significant and exciting product announcements that will have an impact on all of us as Progression, ES or Synergy customers.

I have arranged for Ken Lam, General Manager of the Regional Exact Office to be at the meeting in order to discuss this road map and to answer as many of our questions as possible. This should be a very valuable meeting with critical information for all of us.

I know that it has been many months since our last user group meeting and I have been contacted by several users who are wondering what our status is as a group. That is another topic that I hope we can address at this meeting.

Dave Theriault of Robert Half Technology has offered the use of their space to host the meeting. They are located on Harrison Street in downtown Oakland and are accessible by BART. There is also ample paid parking nearby. Dave will also be allowed a few minutes to introduce himself and to discuss his firm's services.
